City facilities will be closed tomorrow, Monday, January 6, including the landfill and St. Joseph Transit. All emergency services will remain operational, but non essential facilities will be closed. The City Council meeting will still be held at 5:30pm as scheduled. Transit will not be in service tomorrow.
